February 6, 1940 — October 8, 2025

Mary L. (Langevin) Hebb, formerly of Reading, passed away peacefully on Wednesday, October 8th, 2025. She was 85 years of age.
Mary Lou was the loving daughter of John and Winifred Langevin and the cherished mother of Christopher Hebb and his wife, Terry, Mary Anne Davoli and her husband, Robert. She is the loving grandmother of Lauren Hebson and Micaela Selima, Katelyn and Alexander Hebb, and great-grandson Anthony Hebson. Dear sister of Roberta P. “Bobbi” Maillett and her husband, David. Loving aunt of Aimee Rhone, Andrea Kingsley and Brian Maillett. She is also survived by six loving great nieces and great nephews.
Mary Lou retired after a long and fulfilling career at the B&M Railroad, where she served as a secretary for their police department. She remained in contact with a number of her colleagues after her retirement until her passing. Mary’s warmth and kindness extended beyond her professional life; she was a devoted friend and confidante. Those who had the privilege of being close to her knew her not only as Mary Lou, but as someone who always thought of others first. With a nurturing spirit, Mary made everyone around her feel valued and loved—her home was always open and filled with laughter, good food, and heartwarming conversations.
Family and friends are kindly invited to attend a Funeral Mass Celebrating Mary’s Eternal Life on Thursday, October 23rd, 2025, in St. Agnes Church, 186 Woburn St., Reading, at 10:30 am. Interment Forest Glen Cemetery, Reading.
