Reading, MA — Both ballot questions were approved in the Special Election held last Tuesday, with a voter turnout of 23.1% (4,904 votes). Ballot Question 1, concerning the Killam School project, is estimated to cost $130 million, with the Massachusetts School Building Authority expected to reimburse Reading for just over $44 million.
