Joan D. (Manning) Cook of Reading passed away on October 31, 2023, at the age of 88. She was predeceased by her loving husband of 53 years, Charles R. “Bob” Cook, who passed in 2007.
Devoted mom of son Craig and his wife Irene of RI and daughter Pam and her loving companion Sean of FL. Loving Nana of Kerri, Craig Jr., and Karla and her husband, Keith. She is also survived by six great-grandsons.
Cherished daughter of the late Frank and Elizabeth (Warner) Manning; dear sister of Janet Coley; dear sister-in-law of Judy Manning, Russell and Sue Cook and Norma Manning. She was predeceased by her sister Judith Bauld and her brothers, Frank (Chip) Manning and Donald Manning. Joan is also survived by her “other” daughter Lori Malcolm and many nieces and nephews.
Funeral services will be private. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made in Joan’s memory to the American Heart Assoc. 20 Speen St. Framingham.
