An Afternoon of Inspiring Performances, Beloved Hymns, and Community Spirit at Old South
Reading, MA — Attendees enjoyed wonderful solo and choir performances, interspersed with beloved hymns, at our 10th Tribute Concert and Hymn Sing! The event featured local talent, graduates from the New England Conservatory and Berklee College of Music, as well as our brass ensemble, handbell choir, and the Tribute Concert choir. It was truly an uplifting afternoon of music. Photos by Kenan Cooper.

Funds were raised in advance of the concert to support the work of Old South and the United Methodist Church, which strive to make the world a better place. The concert was free (no tickets!), though a goodwill offering was available for those who wished to contribute. Most importantly, Old South aimed to fill the sanctuary with people and great music—and it was a joy to see so many in attendance!
Old South, located at the top of Reading Square at 6 Salem St., hosted a reception following the concert, where guests gathered to celebrate the wonderful performances.
