Reading, MA — The Reading-North Reading Chamber of Commerce will host the Reading Tree Lighting on the Town Common on Sunday, December 1, from 2 to 4:30 PM in Downtown Reading. This celebration includes Santa photos, horse-drawn hayride and trolley rides, live entertainment, food trucks, carolers, and more!
The event is primarily on Woburn, Main, and Haven Streets, and Santa lights the Common at 4:30 that evening. Please come and enjoy! Attendees are encouraged to bring a non-perishable item for the Reading Food Pantry.
Santa will return to the Reading Cooperative Bank branch for free pictures between 2:00 and 4:00 PM as part of the Reading-North Reading Chamber’s Annual Tree Lighting Ceremonies.
