Christopher Edward White, 53, known to friends and family as “Whitey,” passed away on April 28, 2023, in Los Angeles, CA.
Born on January 30, 1970, in Winchester, he was raised in Revere with his mother, the late Karen White, his late grandmother, Margaret (Furlong) White, and his late great aunt, Beatrice Furlong. Chris graduated from Austin Preparatory High School in Reading and received his Bachelor of Science in Journalism from Northeastern University in Boston in 1993. He moved to Los Angeles in 1996 and had an extremely successful career as a Production Assistant and then as a Location Manager, winning the prestigious Location Professional of the Year Award in 2004.
He was extremely close to and much loved by his aunt and uncle Janet (White) and Roy Case, his late uncle Edward White, and his cousins, Amy (Case) Jacky, David Case, Eddie White, Lisa White, his “Furlong” cousins, and his nephews and nieces. He is also survived by his uncle Herb Lawrence and his wife Anne. Christopher was predeceased by his father David Lawrence.
